As you may have seen from a previous post, I had been able to download my ECG up until the day, last week, when the server had problems. Now, I click on EXPORT A PDF FOR YOUR PROVIDER and it goes to the Exporting PDF screen and nothing happens. It says "This can take a few minutes" and a GOT IT button. But I don't get it.
While I couldn't access the ECG data during the day of server problems, I did reinstall the App and change a few settings. I may have caused the problem.
It is probably a permission thing but I cannot find the magic setting. Anyone have a solution? Is anyone downloading their ECG PDF reports?

After wasting time with support it all came good without any intervention. It must have been a backend thing. Support would not even acknowledge it was a problem and pointed me to the manual. Premium subscription, is it worth it? I would have appreciated something like a "We are aware of the problem and are taking steps to fix the problem." reply.
