Hi,

Hoping someone can help!

I can't get the ECG to work on my charge 6. I have tried to follow the advice on similar threads but to no avail.

I can see the ECG option underneath the Health Assessments on the app and followed the instructions on there (after reinstalling everything) however my fitbit device its self is still asking me to go to the discovery button, and that it cannot find my phone.

The app doesn't let me uninstall the ECG app to try and reinstall it - it just days unable to install (opposite of what I'm attempting) and to try again later.

I have reinstalled the app and reset the device a few times.

For the SP02, it doesn't show on the app at all, it also doesn't let me uninstall/install as above.

Any help would be greatly appreciate.
