ECG app not working

I have tried to use the ecg app on my Charge 6 but it asks me to ‘set-up on phone’

and the start button greyed out. Yet when I go to my phone app it says ‘on and checking’

@Lellynelly — Under Charge 6 gallery, do you have the ECG app loaded? If not, you may have to download it. If you do, try uninstalling and then reinstalling.

Great! Not. I uninstalled it, now it won’t re-install. The red line goes back and forth for half a minute and then it just goes back to saying install

It did eventually reinstall but still doesn’t work
