Hi Fatima - thanks for the response. I was searching for more information about accessing the pdf of the ECG reports without having a premium subscription. I was misled by a YouTube video that mentioned that the feature was subscription only and I couldn’t find any other supporting info in the docs or elsewhere. So I eventually gave up and opened the box of a brand new Charge 6. It works beautifully without the subscription and it has all the bells and whistles that I need. I erased the original post because I didn’t want to mislead anyone else. But in hindsight it might be best to have the corrected information for anyone searching for the same question.
