ECG won't work even after tries of solutions on here.

Hi all, just got my fitbit charge 6 yesterday and the unit is great, app is so so. Anyways I can't get the ECG to work. Have tried the solution's on here: 

  • re-pairing the unit to the app.
  • re-installing the fitbit app
  • re-installing the ECG app (after countless attempts and removing it then installing again, bit of a joke). 
  • setting my country location (Australia, included in the 22 listed countries the app is available). 

ECG on the unit says it can't find my phone.
