Hi @Monicagutz

If you don't mind, would you please share what you did to get ECG working on your Charge 6? This will be helpful to others who are experiencing a similar issue.

It ended up being an easy but embarrassing fix! 😅 The country setting was
wrong. I'm in the US but the country was set for south America. We had
traveled and for some reason the setting changed, and never changed back to
the states.

Awesome that you got yours sorted. I’m still struggling with my date of
birth. It’s correct on my google sign in but I couldn’t get it set
correctly on the Fitbit itself so I am reflecting as being 20 years younger
🤣. However I do this the functionality is correct. When I first got ECH
working it showed my heart rate as 211 but once I corrected the date of
birth via google account on Fitbit it went to normal.
I still have no understanding as it why the date is not pulling through to
the actual Fitbit app.

Hi @Monicagutz

Thanks for letting us know that you figured out that the location hadn't updated after your travels. Sometimes, it's the simple stuff that trip us up.

Glad it's working fine now.
