Hi,
I recently bought a Charge 6.
I cannot find a way of tracking my runs on maps.
Months ago, with my old Charge 5, I could go a run, the watch would auto detect this, then after the run I would sync my Fitbit to the app, then click on Activities in the app and see a map of my run, showing a heat map of where my heart rate was highest.
How do I get this functionality back?
On my fitbit, the "Auto Start" and "GPS" setting for "Run" is on. Same for "Walk" (which I enable for those parts of the run where I'm knackered!)
My Fitbit is using internal GPS. I live in an estate with houses, I do not live in a heavily wooded area, so reception should not be problematic.
I would not say the Fitbit is tight to my wrist so no blockers there.
Am I missing any settings I need?
My mobile device is a Samsung Galaxy A55. Is it recommended to use its GPS instead?
