Good Afternoon,
When I click “Energy Burned” to compare the weeks, it does not display on the phone app. I have unsynced, resynced, used the forget this device option, and repaired as well. My phone and Fitbit software are up to date. Is anyone else having this issue?

Could you please confirm if you are seeing gray boxes instead of data?
If so, let me suggest you this workaround, who worked for some customers: you may need to try uninstalling and reinstalling the application to see the desired results. It's worth a try.
There should be no loss of information as long as you sync your device beforehand.
Please remember to:
Logout.
Uninstall.
Reinstall.
Login.

This is happening to me too on my iPhone app but I have a Luxe. I can see the main number but when I tap to see day/week etc. it's a blank page. Also my goals all say 0 even though I never changed them, for several weeks now, maybe months. My Health Metrics seems to have forgotten all my data and tells me to "Get started" after using Fitbit app since 2013. My steps no longer display either when I tap to see more. Can't get it repaired since it's a replacement for my original one that stopped working. This one is not under warranty. Fitbit and phone are both up to date.

I was experiencing the same issue, followed the proposed workaround and now the Fitbit app it's working fine. Thank you!!
