Energy burned

Good Afternoon, 

When I click “Energy Burned” to compare the weeks, it does not display on the phone app. I have unsynced, resynced, used the forget this device option, and repaired as well. My phone and Fitbit software are up to date. Is anyone else having this issue?

Thank you for your message. I'm sorry to hear that you are experiencing this issue regarding the "Energy burned" display on your Fitbit app. 

This is not the experience we want, and I understand your feelings about this situation. 

Could you please confirm if you are seeing gray boxes instead of data? 

If so, let me suggest you this workaround, who worked for some customers: you may need to try uninstalling and reinstalling the application to see the desired results. It's worth a try.

There should be no loss of information as long as you sync your device beforehand.

Please remember to:

Logout.
Uninstall.
Reinstall.
Login.

Yes, it is displays great boxes. A picture has been attached.
