Got a new mobile phone but since then, although I have been able to log into the app and check the details on my steps, cal burned, hourly activity, whenever I touch the Exercise activity button, the app freezes. I have to close it down and wait a few seconds before reopening the app. All other sections work within the app except the exercise one. Can’t enter a manual activity even if I wanted to 🤔

It seems that you are using an iOS device, right?
If so, our team worked a fix for this, and it will available with the new app update (v.4.45) that is currently rolling out.
If you don't see the update available yet, please wait a few days and keep an eye open in the AppStore for the update.
