Fitbit 6 - a useless piece of garbage

I have been a loyal customer of Fitbit since 2015 and gone through many iterations of watches. Without doubt, the Fitbit charge 6 has been the absolute worst. It literally never syncs unless I manually re-start multiple times throughout the day. Then the next time I open my App I’m at 0 steps again. Don’t even get me started on heart rate data or my weight syncing with my Fitbit scales. This has been happening for months. I don’t even see any value in wearing it anymore. The customer support can only be described as incompetent at best…fraudulent at worst. The product does not work. Am here on Reddit to put this feedback out there publicly on my terms…and not Fitbit/Googles terms.

Actually, this site is not Reddit, this is the actual Fitbit site.

I am curious about a few things:

1.) When you say you have to restart everyday, do you mean restart the device or restart the app?

2.) Which platform are you using?

3.) I understand you already did some troubleshooting steps, so I appreciate that.  To help with your issues, can you be specific about which ones you've tried for which issues?

Couldn't agree more. I'm a returning customer after having worn my fitbit charge 2 for years. This charge 6 is abysmal. My HR data appears accurate enough, but the step count is out by 000's, impacting distance travelled, and I'm disappointed to see the floors climbed feature has been stripped. It's hard to get excited about ECG & EDA features when the absolute basics don't work.

Last fitbit product I'll be purchasing - feel like I've been conned.
