There was an issue on the Fitbit side that affected syncing between the Fitbit app and 3rd party apps. As best as I can tell, one of the factors was recently resolved. I've seen users report that they were able to sync their data between Fitbit & Strava after the one problem was fixed.
I know there's an update for the Fitbit app, both Android & iOS, that recently started rolling out. Have you gotten & installed an update for your Fitbit app yet? If not, check your app store to see if there's one available. App updates tend to rollout in waves, so if you don't see it, keep checking. It should be available soon.

Best AnswerThank you. I’ve really tried it all. Did updates for everything. Phone turned on n off n apps uninstalled several times. I’m at my wits end and about to return this thing.
Best AnswerI have the exact same issue with runs, and posted a thread about it on Saturday. Still a problem. Most recent Fitbit app on my phone is from Sep 19th.
