Fitbit 6 stopped all aspects but calorie counter

My fitbit suddenly stopped all activity but calorie counter. The fitbit itself is black. The ap only shows calorie action. 

I have tried to sync by both touching the ap and the usual 3 presses on the charger

Since you've already tried to restart the Charge 6 without success, the next step is to contact Support (<-- click link). Complete the prompts until you get the option to chat or call.
