Fitbit App Not Tracking All Runs Properly

I use my Charge 6 to track all of my runs. Over the last two weeks, I've done two organized 5K's, along with a few trainings runs. All of my training runs have tracked properly, distance, heart rate, calories, time, etc., via the app tracking (starting and stopping via the app and the not the Charge 6 itself). Both 5K's didn't track accurately. I didn't change anything about the way I started and stopped the runs, didn't change any GPS settings, didn't change anything.

Both 5K runs tracked properly during the runs, I got all the verbal updates at each half mile, and the results all appeared on the summary screen at the end of the run when I ended workout. As soon as I exited the workout summary screen, the results didn't show up in my recent workouts. Then a few minutes later, a run shows up in recent workouts, but nothing close to what my actual run was. The first one tracked it as a straight line between a random point mid-run and the finish line, and the second time it tracked my walk back to my car after the run via GPS, but had the full amount of time tracked since I started the run, but no distance or GPS for the entire run, as though it only started tracking after I finished.

I've tried exiting and resetting the app, disconnecting and reconnecting the Charge 6. It's very strange to me that it worked fine for random training runs in between, but not the two that I actually cared about. It's also strange that the workout summaries were accurate and captured everything, but then all data immediately went away.

Any potential explanation/solution?
