Since April I am unable to get any steps details so if I press of the steps circle the Day week month year screen is blank.
When I contacted Fitbit in April they said they were aware of the problem. Why has this not been remediated yet?

have you tried uninstalling, then re-installing the Fitbit app to see if that allows you to see your step details?

I have the same problem. All those suggestions don’t work. It’s a bug in the Fitbit premium app. Has been broken for months. Steps are there (I get my emailed weekly report from Fitbit that contains them) but won’t display in the app
edited to add (7/15) — chatted with customer service agent today and she insisted I delete and reinstall the app. Even though I had done this months ago to no effect, I tried again and it worked this time. I now have steps graph.
