Fitbit App the app notifications list is blank

I used until very recently to be able to get WhatsApp notifications and read the messages on my charge six. It has stopped working. I have gone into the app notifications part of the settings section and it is simply blank. No apps show there at all. I think it might be an app problem and is looks like it’s just not loading.. My app is up to date, as is my IOS. Can you help?

Hi @Perky23, if you forget your Fitbit watch from your phone (via iPhone settings —> Bluetooth —> My Devices). Next, remove it from your Fitbit app (System —> Disconnect Device) and then set your watch up as new. Once done, change the language setting on your phone from English (UK) to English (US). Await a first notification from WhatsApp or any of your chosen apps and when you go into the Fitbit app, you should see this listed in the notifications section where you can enable the notifications from that app to appear on your watch. To better assist you, may I know if your other notifications are working properly? Is it WhatsApp the only notification that stopped working and no longer showing up on the Fitbit app? Have you tried uninstalling then re-installing the Fitbit app on your phone?

I'm sorry for the inconveniences.  

In this case I ask you to verify that your app is up to date, the latest version is 4.64. 

If your phone is an Android, please clear cookies and cache on your Fitbit app from the phone settings and for iOS phones please offload the app:

  1. Open the Settings app on your iPhone.
  2. Tap General and then iPhone Storage.
  3. Scroll through the list of apps and tap in the Fitbit app.
  4. On the Fitbit app's information screen, tap Offload App.
  5. Confirm by tapping Offload App again in the pop-up menu.

I have the same issue . iPhone user

notification page in the app is blank, I disconnected the watch and reconnected. I deleted the app and reinstalled and still the same issue

Have you also tried following the steps to offload your app?

If you haven't tried it yet, please follow these steps:

  1. Open the Settings app on your iPhone.
  2. Tap General and then iPhone Storage.
  3. Scroll through the list of apps and tap in the Fitbit app.
  4. On the Fitbit app's information screen, tap Offload App.
  5. Confirm by tapping Offload App again in the pop-up menu.

I have done that as well . I have reset the notifications setting in my phone as well . Nothing is working

I appreciate your cooperation and the screenshot provided. 

We have tried all possible steps through this channel to try to resolve this issue. My best suggestion is that you contact technical support directly, as they have more tools to provide you with the appropriate follow-up.

Hi, just wondering if you managed to get this problem sorted.  I am having the same problem as you.  Tried everything.  Really getting fed up with it now.  It was ok when I purchased it about 6 weeks ago but all of a sudden stopped showing notifications apps.  Any luck with yours yet?

I still have the same issue after trying everything . I reached out to support and they said they are aware of it and working on it 

 

That was last week . And it worries how slow this matter has is getting resolved .

I have the same issue on iPhone. I purchased a new charge 6 to replace an old charge & had to update the Fitbit app as part of the set up. Now my app notifications is blank when I didn’t have any issues before. I’ve already tried all the suggestions & nothing helps. I am considering sending it back as I need WhatsApp & my doorbell notifications
