I bought a fitbit charge 5 and loved it "EXCEPT" the band kept falling off both sides of the watch. I then got an after market band because I like the metal bands with magnetic attachment. Same issue. I figured ok the new Charge 6 will have this design flaw fixed. Nope, same thing happed with their band and trying other bands. How the bands connect to the watch is terrible and unless they fix it in the Charge 7 I'm done with fitbit. I know this isn't just me as I've read about this and talked with many others who have the same issue. I truly hope they fix this or I'm going to another product. So frustrating when the band comes apart 10 + times a day......
