Fitbit Charge 6 Blue Screen

I got the Fitbit Charge 6 recently at Christmas and have encountered little to no issues with it until today (Jan. 11). I put the Fitbit on today and noticed that it had a blue tint covering the entire screen, continuing past the clock display and even into settings. I assumed this was an issue with it being at 30% battery, so I continued use until I got home and charged it to max. The overall system still works completely fine, but the screen is now blue and has a funky texture over colors that were once red-toned. There is no visible damage to the device screen or sensor, it's just very blue and annoying considering it's a brand-new Fitbit.

Hi @madisibb.

Have you tried restarting your Charge 6?

Restart Charge 6

1. Swipe down from the clock screen to find the Settings app .
2. Open the Settings app Restart Device Restart.
If Charge 6 is unresponsive:
1. Connect your device to the charging cable.
2. Press the button located on the flat end of the charger 3 times within 8 seconds, holding each press for about 1 second.
3. Wait 10 seconds or until the Fitbit logo appears.
Note: If the device doesn’t restart, wait 15 seconds and try again.

Thank you for your response,

Yes, I have tried restarting it through both the charging cable and the settings. I have also tried changing the clock face and the color theme. While it might not be an ideal or quick solution, I am currently trying to let the Fitbit run out of battery so it is forced to fully shut off. It seems to be getting bluer as if the screen is layering on top of itself over time. Not quite sure if that's even possible.

If sounds like it could possibly be a hardware issue.

In this case you are probably best speaking with customer support (here).

Has got the same issue. The screen of my Fitbit Charge 6 has been having a blue tint in some places. The issue seem to be progressing and is continuing to cover more area of the screen. Bought Charge 6 in January 2024.
