Fitbit Charge 6 doesn’t pair

The new fitbit charge 6 doesn’t pair with Iphone. It shows the pairing number, but when you insert it in the app, it keeps hanging and then says something went wrong. Connection to device timed out. Tried restarting phone, app, fitbit, same result.

worked for me! with charge 6 on a pixel 9 (upgrading from a charge 5)

You responded to an old thread. Would you please give us more information on the issue your experiencing? 

I take it that you have a Charge 6 since you posted to this thread. What phone do you have? Were you able to pair your Fitbit to your phone previously?
