Fitbit Charge 6 keeps saying Add Suica Card but it's already added on wallet

My fitbit keeps saying add card when I want to use it for suica, when I checked the fitbit app it already has my suica

I can't remove my suica from fitbit as it's already been used to enter train

I tried restarting the fitbit app but it still doesn't work

Anyone knows how to solve the issue?

I had the same issue.

I used suica on my charge 6 several times without issue. However, today, as usual, I entered the station with my suica on my charge 6.

During the commute I added 4000yen because I thought I will not have enough to exit.

Unfortunately, when I wanted to exit, after putting my watch on the reader, nothing happened. I couldn't use my charge 6 to go out of the station. So finally I explained the situation to the staff and I paid in cash to get out.

On my phone, with the Fitbit application, I can see my suica card in Google wallet. Everything looks good.

But on my watch, it says I should add a suica card in Fitbit application.

I restarted the watch, but still have the error. I don't know what to do?

From the fitbit application, I deactivated/activated my suica card, but on the watch it still asking to add a card.

Firmware version of the watch: 66.20001.210.26
