Fitbit Charge 6 not charging any more

Like many others my screen of the Fitbit is black and it does not charge anymore. The screen came on (Fitbit sign) and turned off again. Since then Fitbit seems dead and all suggestion do not help. I also can of course not connect it to my phone anymore, because it does not charge. No Idea what else I could try.

Thanks a lot for the steps you have taken already, let me help you out with your Charge 6 that isn't charging. 

Let's start by trying these quick fixes:

• Try another USB port or wall charger.

• Clean the Fitbit and cable contacts.

• Restart your Fitbit.

• If the battery was dead, give it an hour or two.

thanks for your help. I already tried all the steps including pushing the button on the charger. Nothing did help.

Lucky I still in quarantine so I will bring it back for a repair or a replacement.
