Fitbit Charge 6 not connecting to phone

  • Gone through all topics in troubleshooting to no avail. Data is registering in the Fitbit app, when I check to see if it is syncing saying synced just now. Just not able to get it show up in Bluetooth

I was having same issues for days. I just now went into my charge 6, to the settings & scrolled down to restart device. Clicked on it then plugged it in. When it came back on I went to find phone & clicked on that. Tada it’s working again. Urgh hope this helps you as well. I did power down my phone this afternoon for a fresh restart on it as well. Might be a combo of both. Good Luck
