Fitbit Charge 6 not recording workouts onto the app

It's been ONE MONTH since my Fitbit has recorded my workouts to the app.

I can manually add Activities afterwards - Pilates/Yoga, but when it comes to Running, I get the steps added when I do them plus again when I manually add it to the app.  For someone who has faithfully tracked their activities for years, this is very disappointing.

Super frustrated at the TOTAL LACK of Customer Service.... you can do better Fitbit!

Same here.  Just today I scrolled to BIKE on the device, waited for the GPS to connect, press START when I begin, press PAUSE then FINISH when I'm done and nothing gets synced to the APP no matter how many times I force stop, toggle Bluetooth on my phone or anything else the mods have suggested in other posts.  Exercise Days, distance, map route, heartbeat... everything that used to get logged is now blank.

And BTW... suggesting that we manually enter the exercise into the app isn't a solution.  And no it's not my phone either... I have a Google Pixel 7a.

Hello @Leah_C & @Dennis_CNJ

There have been issues on the Fitbit side that affects data syncing and data discrepancies. The team is aware of the issues and have been working on getting the problems fixed.

For now, there's isn't any troubleshooting we can do on our side. Hopefully, it won't be too much longer before the problems are fixed and we see all our data & workouts properly syncing in the Fitbit app.
