I've got a Fitbit Charge 6 that's stopped taking a charge and the app cannot find it.
I can't get it to restart through either the settings screen or by forcing a restart through the USB button (presumably because it's not realising the charger is connected).
Has anybody experienced similar or got any suggestions on how to force it to restart.

Welcome to the Fitbit community, @fogilvom2!
Sad to hear that you're having issues with your Charge 6.
As a first attempt to hopefully get things fixed, I'd suggest having a closer look here for troubleshooting:
Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging?
Please pay special attention to keeping the charging pins clean as mentioned below and make sure the pins of your devices charger can move if you press them down.

If your Charge 6 is back recognizing it's charger, please give it a full charge before again trying to restart it closely following these instructions as timing is crucial for this procedure:
1.) Connect your Charge 6 to the charging cable which has to be connected to a reliable power source.
2.) Press the button located on the flat end of the charging cable 3 times within 8 seconds(!), holding each press for about 1 second(!).
3.) Wait around 10 seconds until the Fitbit logo appears on your device's display.
I'd like to point out that it sometimes requires more than one attempt to restart Charge 6. So, before throwing the towel, please give it another try.
If that really won't work for you, please try if changing your device's clock face will get it back to working order. Here's how to do that:

I'll keep my fingers crossed.
