Fitbit Charge 6 order still not dispatched

I ordered my fitbit charge 6 mid December and it has yet to be dispatched.  I had hoped to have it for Christmas.  I ordered it throught the fitbit website.  Can anyone tell me when I can expect it please.

You should contact Fitbit support (<-- click link) regarding your Fitbit order. They are the ones who can see the status of your order. Those of us who help out on this forum don't have access to that information.
