Fitbit Charge 6 screen stuck on the Fitbit logo

My fitbit is stuck since 2 hours now 

Its not syncing and not even responding to charging and the reset button provided on the charging cable

the support helpline troubleshooting steps were also done yet to response 

i doubt the device has gone corrupt

Were you in contact with Support about the problem you're having? Did they give you a case number after you did the recommended troubleshooting?

I'd suggest you confirm that you are using the latest version of the Fitbit app: How do I use the Fitbit app?

In addition, try to set up the tracker as a new device following the steps:

  • Open the Fitbit app. 
  • Go to the upper left corner icon (devices icon).
  • Select "Add device"
  • Select 'Charge 6'
  • Select 'replace'. 
  • Follow the process.
