Fitbit Charge 6 won't charge despite being plugged in.

ANSWERED

Hey everyone,

I got a Charge 6 back in May and this week the device won't charge up even when it is plugged in. When I plug in the device it would look like it's charging but then immediately stops/screen goes black.

  • I tried resetting it multiple times using the "hold button for 1 second three times", cleaning the connector pins and using a completely different charging cable but nothing is working and now it's at 0%

I tried contacting Fitbit customer support but despite it saying it's open 24/7 I can't contact anyone there.

Hi Manufitbit!

Thank you very much for responding to my post.

So last night I was messing around with the cable connection and somehow I was able to get it to charge overnight. I don't know what exactly I did but it seems like the charging cable is slightly loose. It's at 80% now.I wish there was a more stable way to charge this thing..

There doesn't seem to be a way to edit posts on the site but I would mark this as "solved"!
