Plugged in a new Fitbit Charge 6 out of the box today and it won't sync to my Fitbit app -
1. The watch display just says "download the fitbit mobile app".
2. The charger is plugged in, and has been plugged in long enough to be fully charged, but the display does not change. It does make a vibrate noise when connected though, suggesting the charger itself is not broken.
3. When trying to sync via the Fitbit app, the device cannot be located.
4. Have tried pressing the button on the charging cable 3 times to reset. The watch vibrates a little each time but there is no reset happening.
5. Have tried on/off with bluetooth and deleting / reinstalling app.
The Fitbit is utterly unresponsive and just shows the "download the fitbit mobile app" message.

I appreciate your message, and I'm sorry to hear that your Charge 6 is not showing any information and not charging. This is not the experience we want for our customers, and I understand your feelings about this situation.
Could you please confirm if you tried the restarting procedure explained here? How do I restart my Fitbit device?
After trying the restart, may I suggest you to read and follow the steps shown here? Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging?
