Fitbit Sense black screen

Hi! Randomly last night my Fitbit sense screen went black. Whenever I push the button to restart it all that comes up is this weird green glitch light. The Fitbit logo doesn’t come up at all to restart the device. The green lights on the back are on and it syncs in the app. I haven’t had it more than a year and am super bummed. Any advice?

I'm glad to assist you with the awkward behavior your device is presenting lately. I appreciate the restart attempt you have done.

In order to better understand this behavior, could you please share a photo of the green light you mention while trying to restart the device ?

In addition, i can tell you that similar issues are easily resolved by changing the clock face of your Charge 6. To do so :

- With your device nearby, in the Fitbit app, tap the Today tab and then devices icon and then your device.
- Tap Gallery and then Clocks tab.
- Browse the available clock faces. Tap the clock face you want and then Install.

You mention that you have a Sense. Is it the Sense (original) or Sense 2?

BTW, you posted in the Charge 6 product help forum instead of the Sense/Sense 2 product help forum. Once you let us know which Sense you have, we can move your post to the right product help forum.
