On 1 Nov I exercised for a total of 300 Calories per the Exercise Tile

But the monthly roll up had me at over 3,000 calories for one day

If you are saying 300 calories burned in one workout and over 3000 calories burned in the day, that doesn't seem unreasonable to me.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

Fitbit was reporting 3000 calories per exercise
Using the weekly and monthly rollup

But on the exercise tile it read 300 calories
