What is going on with the sleep data? I'm not getting the detailed version anymore, I'm manually putting in when I go to sleep and when I wake up and it decides to change it for me, no sleep score or stress management score. Good job I don't pay for premium when it all just gets messed up like this. It was going okay for a while and now it's just completely gone backwards. Tempted to not go with fitbit anymore as it's just one issue after another.

Keep in contact with them? I'm still waiting for a reply. Starting to get extremely annoyed with the lack of support! I can't even connect to my device now. Wondering why the hell I didn't check this first before wasting money on something that is clearly a massive failure. When you have problems after problems by loads of people being reported and still these continue. I feel sorry for anyone about to buy one and definitely won't be recommending them ever!
