Fitbit app won't show Charge 6 heart rate

The fitbit app wont show my heart rate. All I get is the circles

Are you seeing your heart rate on your Charge 6?

Do you see a green light on the back of your Charge 6? The green light is the heart rate sensor. You can check by placing your finger across the back of the device. You should see a green light when you lift your finger.

If you don't see a green light, check to see that Heart rate is enabled in the Charge 6 settings:

• Swipe down from the clock face to get to the Settings tile & tap on it
• Swipe up to get to Heart rate. It should be turned on. If it isn't, tap on it to turn it on.
