Fitbit charge 6 band issue has just lost me as a loyal premium customer

I have been a loyal premium customer for a number of years and have even tolerated the charge four and five seeming to break after about one year. And as a good customer, I simply buy a brand new one. However, with the most recent purchase of charge 6 and the issue with the band falling off and seeing that this is a known issue they have lost me as a customer. I am voting with my feet
