Hi
I was given this Fitbit Charge 6 as a Christmas present. My watch will not recognise the non dominant wrist and so the screen is upside down. I have tried wearing it for days on my left wrist to see if it would reset. I have reset and resynced so many times and nothing. I cannot find any help anywhere. Thank you

Sorry but the screen does not flip display for you depending on your choice of dominant wrist. It's just up to you to get used to managing to deal with it that way, or switch wrists.

@Kathleen56 Can you please clarify your issue? All Fitbits with one button behave the same way -- the screen is right side up when the button is on the left. The button is pointing to your elbow when it is on your left wrist. If your screen is flipped (I've seen reports of this on older Charge models, but not the Charge 6), try a restart. Contact Support if your screen stays flipped.

If your dominant arm is the right wrist. The user is supposed to wear the watch on their non dominate arm, so that it doesn't interfere. Being a button, and in the center, it was designed to be pressed with the thumb.

Release the device from the straps and switch what side they're on, that will fix your problem
