My charge 6 will not stay charged and drains within a couple of hours. It has been stuck on the same date, time and # of steps and will not sync to app. I’ve cleaned the connectors and changed adapters as well as restarting the device. I’ve only had this device a little over one year. Help please.

I suggest you follow the tips from this article: Extend your Fitbit device's battery life
Regarding the syncing issue, have you already updated the Fitbit app? Please try to check if there's an update pending and then follow the 11 steps described here: Why won't my Fitbit device sync?
