Fitbit device shows today’s date but yesterday’s data. Will not sync with the app.

My Fitbit is showing today’s date, but showing yesterday’s data for all data points. I can’t sync to the app. 
Any suggestions? Thanks.

I appreciate your message, and I'm sorry to hear that your Charge 6 is not syncing. This is not the experience we want for our customers, and I understand your feelings about this situation.
