I have a Charge 6 Fitbit and yesterday morning the screen randomly changed to the Fitbit logo.
The logo won’t go away and the watch won’t sync with the app. I can’t update the watch or change the clock face as they won’t sync at all. The app cannot even find the watch to sync with.
I have tried numerous times to reset the watch by pressing the button on the cable 3 times within 8 seconds for around 1 second each. When I do this, the watch vibrates once 10 seconds later but that’s it. The logo still stays.
I have emailed Fitbit but I don’t know if or when I’ll hear back as I’m not sure if I have the right email or not. Please advise, thank you.

Sorry to see that you're having problems with your Charge 6.
Please use this link to contact Support (<-- click link). Complete the prompts until you get to the option to chat or call.
BTW, email seems to be the least effective method of contacting support based on the user reports that I've seen.
