Fitbit lost connection, won't sync 4 hours of data

Hello Fitbit community,

I have had my fitbit charge 6 for a while and it has always worked well. 
But suddenly today it stopped syncing with the app. I found out and managed to reconnect it 4 hours later, but now those 4 hours are not syncing to the app. 

If I walk 100 steps now it will show 100 extra steps to the step value of 4 hours ago. But it does not sync the steps I see on my fitbit screen.
I have disabled and reconnected bluetooth, manually synced and force stopped and cleared the app and reconnected my fitbit. 

Is there anything else I can do?

I have the same issue. Every morning it won't sync for a few hours and had to restart my phone before it syncs. I believe it's an issue with the app updates. It's been a few weeks of various issues for me. Reconsidering whether I should keep my fitbit.

Hello @LadyNieske & @StrongerShaun 

There have been issues on the Fitbit side that affects data syncing and data discrepancies. The team is aware of the issues and have been working on getting the problems fixed.

For now, there's isn't any troubleshooting we can do on our side. Hopefully, it won't be too much longer before the problems are fixed and we see all our data properly syncing in the Fitbit app.
