ANSWERED

I suddenly am unable to find my sleep goal comparisons, the app says “there was a problem” when I went to goal settings.  I tried  resetting, still no luck. Can someone please help?

I did exactly what to recommended:

Logged out of the app on my iPhone;

Deleted the app from the phone;

Turned my phone off and then back on after a short wait;

Installed the app on the iPhone again and logged in.
Goals now appear.

Any update on this? I’m having the same issue on Charge 6. Goals have disappeared and the link to goals doesn’t work either.

Hello @juliejo1014

Have you had a chance to restart your phone to see if that will restore your goals?

What version of the Fitbit app do you have? The most current version is 4.42.2. To find your version info:

  • Tap on your picture/avatar in the upper right of the Today page in the Fitbit app
  • Select Help in the menu that opens
  • Your Fitbit app version info should be on the page that opens

Adding to the info provided by our friend RiekoC , did you tried restarting (off/on) your phone?

If any of these steps have helped, try the following:

 Sync your Charge 6 with the Fitbit app.
Log out of the Fitbit app.

Uninstall the app.
Restart your phone ( off /on)

Reinstall the app  and log in.
