Fitbit not shipping to some European countries?

I have ordered fitbits from the fitbit site since 2016 and now my country (cyprus) is unavailable. I'm so disappointed. My fitbit charge 5 died and I wanted to pre order the charge 6 and I'm unable to do so. I've contacted them via live chat and had no luck. This is just unacceptable.

It's not up to Fitbit.  Devices have to go through rigorous government testing before being sold in the country.

I know we have decided (there are 4 of us who used them) to move on to a different brand as I find their response and attitude unacceptable. They are moving backwards instead of forwards. And let's be honest, it's DHL shipping...it's not difficult for the company at all.

I am on the same boat - in Czechia,  another country no longer served by Fitbit. Yet, we are in the EU, so I quickly found a fully legal, though unauthorized distributor providing full 2 year warranty, and bought my Charge 6 from them (conveniently, they sit very close to German border, and Germany has full support..). Maybe you could find someone similar?

I did have a look unfortunately the only one I could I find was amazon. So I've just given up and decided to change brand.  I've had issues in the past where I've bought a new fitbit but it was faulty so I would rather not risk it and buy a different brand that is supported in my country.

It was previously sold in my country and was available from their website.
