Fitbit not syncing with other apps

Every time I charge my fitbit charge 6 I have issues getting data to sync with GroHealth and Bearable apps.

I have Health Connect downloaded.

I have a Galaxy A52s android phone.

I do sometimes get connections back after a few days, but don't know how or why then, it's time to recharge and ... well you can imagine my frustration.

I'm almost 64 with several debilitating chronic health conditions and use the fitbit mostly to track sleep and heart rate. 

Also, while I have your attention, can I ask, is there any way to get the Charge 6 to measure my temperature?

I'm not sure why you're having issues with data syncing to the apps you mentioned. It could be an issue with those apps not being fully compatible with the Fitbit app. You could reach out to the developers of those apps to see if they have any suggestions.

The Charge 6 doesn't have the ability to monitor body temperature. It can only monitor variance in skin temperature at night during sleep.
