Sleep score is wrong

Sleep score is driving me mad since Fitbit decided to change the sleep tracking my sleep score mostly says awake for 3 hours I don’t understand, I put a post on this before as mine has changed since September I don’t know what’s write or wrong, can we please go back to how it was before, yes my sleeping wasn’t that good but I never had awake times of over three hours!!

anyone still the same??

Thank you for taking the time to share the information about this difficulty that you are experiencing with sleep score. 

I'd suggest you confirm that you are using the latest version of the Fitbit app. 

Also, could you share an image with me showing that the details about the sleep score are incorrect?
