Fitbit track heart rate

Hi!

I just bought a Fitbit charge 6.

I really want to se my heart rate(bpm) and my sleep data from my sleep, just like it shows the daily bpm. But its empty! 

How can I track my bpm 24 hours?

Or should return the Fitbit?
