My Fitbit no longer connects to my phone as a 1:00 a.m. this morning Central Time, I have 18,000 steps so far today but my phone shows 40, yesterday I had 20,000. Last time an update was done it wasn't connected for a week

@Richardminn Just had this experience this morning. Would not sync. Force stop app, quit Bluetooth, restart phone several times. This is what eventually worked for me. I restarted Charge 6 then repeated the turn off Bluetooth, Force stop app, clear cache. Restart phone. Eventually Manual sync worked. Not sure which step was the glitch resolution that ultimately got the device to connect with the app again.
