Today i was swimming in the sea and i used the waterlock mode. My screen doesn’t turn on anymore… i tried the 8 seconds hold with my charger, still doesnt work. Anyone got experience with this? My fitbit charge is 1 year old..

Yes, had it twice with my Charge 5, and once with the 6. The device is not water proofed anymore when it is getting older. Garantee replacment, and simply do Not use it for swimming.

Hello @Orlinm
I found that it takes very firm tapping on the display to disable the Water lock feature. Your Charge 6 might still have the water lock feature enabled.
Try putting your device on a hard surface, like a countertop, then firmly tap on the display.

Sadly, it restarted but it turns off every few seconds. I fear permanent water damage

Hello @Orlinm
That's a bit of progress. At least you're getting some response.
Did you rinse your Charge 6 in clear water after you went into the ocean?
You could give it another day or so to completely dry out and see if you can restart it.
