Hoping someone can help me troubleshoot. My floors metric hasn't been tracked since I upgraded my device.

Hi @CitrusAndYummy no troubleshooting needed. The Charge 4 was the last of the series to have the altimeter, which is necessary to recognize flights of stairs. Your Charge 6 isn't able to tell you if you went up the stairs.

Oh wow, that's surprising! Very disappointing as a hiker.

While hiking, you should not be getting many floors. The wind blowing across the wrist is usually the cause of floors. For a floor to count, the user had to increase its altitude by 10 feet over a very short period of time.
If you have gps enabled when taking your hikes, Fitbit will record changes in altitude. However you will need to view your event on the web.
