My Fitbit charge 6 for some reason is no longer connecting to the gps from the watch so my walking mileage is incorrect. It is set to dynamic or built in but no map is shown within the app. Doesn’t matter if I do a reset the gps is not showing on the watch.
how do I reset this as I want a map to see the distance is being logged correctly

Hi @jlo_1, thanks for being back.
Since restarting didn't fix the problem, try resetting your device to factory settings.
This will delete any unsynced data, so make sure to sync everything first.

Hi,
tried this and I have the gps connecting on bike and other apps just not walking for some reason. GPS when connecting shows the phone icon next to it regardless of which gps setting it is on.
Waited the 5mins still no change on the walk app - no gps connection

@jlo_1 Thanks for clarifying the specific issue.
Now that we can tell that you're only experiencing this issue with the Walking app, it seems to be a one-time glitch.
With this in mind, I recommend restarting the entire watch and checking if the Walking app gets unstuck. Please follow the instructions described here.
