I tried going into gallery to change my clock face, but I'm getting an error saying that I'm not connected to the internet.
I most definitely am....
Anyone else experiencing the same? Have reinstalled the app, but that didn't help. Thought it might be a holdover from all the server and syncing issues yesterday, but it's still happening today. On Android if it makes a difference

Right. Had talked to two reps but the suggested solutions didn't help.
I happened to run a search on the other models was well, and someone else had the same problem on a different model. Turns out to be a dns issue. My phone was setup with a private DNS to block ads, and that was interfering with the gallery loading.
Turned the DNS off and gallery loaded. Hope that helps someone.

Do you have any VPN or firewall running in the background? Those may also cause the error

Yes. For me, I turned my private DNS off temporarily and that allowed my gallery to load without the error message

after all that, i turned off the internet and install it back on, and it worked.
