I’m 67 years old and I do not need these daily cheerleading messages! They are really annoying! How do I turn them off?
Please help!

@Damejb unfortunately, turning it off is not currently possible. You can leave a comment under the Product Feature. There is a passionate thread going on.  With enough votes, it might prompt the developers to add this function.

Hello @Damejb

Here's the link to the feature request to allow users to move or delete the Cardio Load message (<-- click link).

@Damejb   If you toggled off the Cardio Load tile and are still getting this message, please try the following:

  • Tap on your profile picture in the upper right of your app
  • Tap on Your data in Fitbit
  • Scroll down to the Data and features section and tap on Deletion options
  • Scroll down to Cardio load and tap on it
  • Tap on delete all cardio load data

Another user wrote that this worked.  I can't confirm, because I use this feature.
