Glitchy UI

Hey folks! I recently got a new fitbit and have been encountering a glitchy UI. The device itself seems to be tracking normally, but every single tab is blank (shows no data) when clicked on. The exercise tab has never loaded at all. So far I have tried: 

+ Restarting the app
+ Restarting the device 
+ Syncing (multiple times)
+ Removed and re-added the charge 6 to the app
+ Clearing the cache & deleting all data
+ Uninstalled/reinstalled the app 
+ Tried manually logging exercise to see if it would show up (it does not).

Pretty much the only thing it lets me click on and review is my sleep data...

I posted some pictures of what it looks like (not much to see lol)

Has anyone else encountered this and resolved it???
